“People are stuck with their old selves, couldn’t help to do anything new with a fixed mindset.”

Amal Totkay:

If you are struggling with yourself to get you up for something productive but your locked brain couldn’t help you do any good with growth and productivity. We get you some magical tips to get through it. It’s called the Amal Totkay. The recipe begins with having some self talk. You must be wondering what how can we talk to ourselves?

1. Self Talk:

Self talk is like keeping yourself on track by negotiating yourself, asking why are you stuck in life and what’s need to be improve. Once you get the answer by constantly asking yourself the questions about your growth, you move one step forward to our another ingredient. I learned from this that having an one-on-one session with yourself talking about your highs and lows is important in every week. It’ll help you find your “Why” and will keep you growing.

2. Get out of your comfort zone:

Aren’t you bored by your comfy zone and there isn’t adventurous to do in life? I suggest you to pack your bags and get out of your comfort zones. Staying in the comfort zone is where your real problem begins. It limits your potential to a minimal extent and motivates you to do nothing new using your creative brain. Take the plunge to see what hides inside you and what are you capable of by lushing your boundaries. I learned that the red zone is the best zone.

3. Develop New Habits:

This ingredient to make a productive mindset is very interesting and hard to persist. Trying new things is easy but developing a habit of it to make your brain, your skills and your ideas grow is very hard to continue. But this tip is the backbone for a growth mindset because when I decided to meditate for my metal peace everyday. It was hard for me but it got better day by day.

4. Ask People For Productive Feedback:

Feedback is like a spice that doubles and betters the taste of the recipe. Asking for feedback from people who observe you closely and are honest to you is a gift. It guides you what needs to be improve to get you going with a growth mindset. Accepting people’s feedback with open mind and understanding what they want to say about your performance is the real thing to focus. I always encourage people for giving me honest and productive feedback because it’s essential part of my professional and personal growth.

5. Fake It Till You Make It:

Yes, you heard it right. Now that you mix all the ingredients very well to have a growth mindset. All you have to do is to fake it. Fake that you are confident enough to add the right amount of every ingredient on the right time. Fake that you make the best dish ever. And surprisingly, you’ll see that you have made the exact or even better recipe that you were imagining.

All of the tips are very helpful to develop a growth mindset. But my personal favourite is having a chit chat with myself because it’s the beginning to a wonderful outcome. You can also develop a growth mindset just by making an appointment with yourself right now and let the work start towards a growth mindset.
